Positive Behaviour Support in Parramatta

Parramatta is the heart of Greater Western Sydney, and we support participants here two ways: secure telehealth right across New South Wales, and in-person home and school visits by arrangement. Whichever suits the participant best, the support is the same person-centred Positive Behaviour Support.

Parramatta is one of Sydney's most culturally diverse centres. Our behaviour support is delivered in English, Mandarin and Vietnamese, and we work in a culturally responsive way with participants and families from every background.

Telehealth behaviour support across Parramatta

For many Parramatta families, secure video sessions are the easiest way to get started — no travel, no waiting rooms, and appointments that fit around school and work. We deliver the full Positive Behaviour Support process by telehealth across all of New South Wales: getting to know the participant, functional behaviour assessment, and building a behaviour support plan the whole team can follow.

In-person home & school visits by arrangement

When face-to-face works better, we travel to Parramatta for in-person home and school visits by arrangement. Seeing behaviour in the real settings where it happens — and working alongside family, teachers and support staff — often makes assessment and planning stronger. Talk to us about what the participant needs and we'll work out the right mix of in-person and telehealth.

Behaviour support in your language

Parramatta is home to families from every corner of the world. We provide behaviour support in English, Mandarin and Vietnamese, so participants and families can work through behaviours of concern in the language they're most comfortable with — nothing lost in translation, no interpreter in the middle.
