Accessibility
Everyone is welcome here
As a disability service, accessibility isn't an afterthought — it's the point. We're committed to making this website usable for everyone, and we'd love your feedback.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and to reach Level AAA wherever we can. Accessibility is an ongoing effort — we keep testing and improving.
What we've built in
- Keyboard-navigable throughout, with a visible focus indicator on every control
- Screen-reader-friendly structure: clear headings, labels, and landmarks
- Text and interface contrast meeting (and often exceeding) WCAG AA
- Built-in controls to enlarge text, switch to high contrast, and reduce motion
- Respects your device settings for reduced motion and increased contrast
- Plain-language content and generous spacing to reduce cognitive load
Look for the accessibility button in the bottom-left corner of every page to adjust text size, contrast and motion.
