My Blue Maple provides specialist Positive Behaviour Support for NDIS participants across Sydney. We believe lasting change comes from understanding the person, working alongside their team, and respecting their rights and culture.
Behaviours of concern always have a reason. Our work begins with understanding that reason — then building practical, positive strategies that improve everyday life for the participant and the people around them.
We partner closely with participants, families, support coordinators and care teams. We see ourselves as part of your team, not a service that operates in isolation — and we keep referrers informed every step of the way, with consent.
Culture and language matter. Our practitioners work in English, Mandarin and Vietnamese, so participants and families can engage in the language they feel most comfortable in.
